I use this for my kids when they have stuffy noses and coughs. We have used it for bronchial types of issues and bad coughs that didn’t want to go away.

9 Ways To Use Breathe Essential Oil Blend

The Breathe blend is perfect for topical usage and aromatherapy. To try it topically, you should mix the blend with a carrier oil because it could be irritating for sensitive skin. Doing a patch test in advance is a good idea. Here are some of the most important uses and the biggest benefits of the Breathe essential oil blend.

Breathe

Respiratory issues are prevalent in modern society, and dōTERRA® essential oils are a perfect way to ease breathing consistently for a sustained benefit. Breathe is a remarkable blend of CPTG® essential oils that combine to do just that, help you breathe easier. Its pleasant aroma is calming to the senses and perfect for nighttime diffusion allowing for restful sleep. For aromatic or topical use.

To overcome respiratory infections, massage a few drops of the essential oil blend in the chest and the throat area. The treatment can be repeated several times per day for optimal results.

One to three drops should be massaged in the chest several times per day. The topical application should continue even after the recovery to strengthen the respiratory system and improve lung health.
